It's about TIME!

You know, a lot of people ask me, "Why do you call yourself Digital Friend?" Well, even though that's quite rude of you to ask, I will explain myself to you. You see, I love you. And I want to be able to love you in all realms. Of course there is physical love, and we all know the joys that come with that. But I really want to explore love in the digital sense. How can I love you digitally? That is a question I have been grappling with for quite some time. After much deliberation I think I have found the essential tenet to digital love. In order to truly, and I mean truly, really, absolutely, show my love to you in this electronic age I need to be able to touch you through the digital medium. And how can I do that, when you jump around from site to site like a playful little nymph teasing for my attention? Simply put, I have no choice but to follow you.

My love, the purpose of this page is to serve as a form of agreement between you and I. I already follow you unrelentingly through this thing we call the WORLD WIDE WEB, but love, my dear, love is a two way street is it not? It is not enough for me to project my love. I also desire that you receive my love, and in order to do so you of course must be aware of my love. And that is why I've created this land, this homepage is but a simple reminder of my unrelenting adoration for you. I want you to imagine yourself as a fair maiden, and the file containing this web-page is a secret message written by myself, who I hope you imagine as a valiant and chivalrous knight. The message is delivered by my dear squire, a role played by the internet, and within contain the most loving remarks. I do not ask for a response, as my love for you is unbound by expectations. However, I do hope that you swoon, overcome by the passion that I, your Digital Friend, express towards you. (This is all platonically speaking of course.)
